Meet Aysar Fuqaha, the visionary behind Olivo Mediterranean Cuisine. A proud Palestinian and devoted supporter of the local Muslim community, Aysar’s culinary voyage commenced over a decade ago. Prior to the establishment of Olivo, Aysar was the driving force behind Pita Shop, a distinguished 100% Halal eatery in the neighboring city of Miramar. Following the closure of Pita Shop, Olivo Mediterranean Cuisine marks Aysar’s triumphant return. We’re delighted to have you join us on this journey!

I had my sauces and drinks replenished without needing to ask. Food was delicious, fresh, and high quality. Fast service. We had the chicken shawarma, falafel, and beef / lamb kufta. We were so comfortable and relaxed while eating here. Highly recommend stopping by when you’re in the area! These guys are awesome :) Tastes like home.

Britten Falcher2024-04-30The food was delicious!!! I had a lamb gyro wrap, a baklava topped with ice cream for dessert, and green tea with mint after. We had a huge table maybe 20people and the service was still excellent. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Definitely going back!!!
